Harvey needs to step the fuck up im hoping its just the cold waeather....BC hes last start in Rockies the weather was cold and his velocity was weak...
But when he pitched last week in SD he hit 97 mph and was amazing....
-Harvey velocity lower than last season...Due to WS hangover and 200+ IP.
