I'm going to have to go with not to be. But maybe them having Doug Martin hurt might make the other players step it up.

martin killed us last year. No freeman who has killed us. bucs vs number 1 total defense, number 2 scoring defense in the league. I'll be at Raymond james watching my panthers rip the bucs. 3 game winning streak 38-10

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers stink horribly and the Carolina Panthers are not much better except for Smith and Cam Newton are good but they have a long ways to go to become elite.

Carolina is 3-1 StraightUp and AgainstTheSpread in last 4. Solid choice imo

* Favorite is 9-2 ATS in their last 11 meetings.
* Over is 4-1 in the last five meetings.
* Over is 7-2 in the last nine meetings in Tampa Bay.
