I think it's calling Leaving Las Vegas starring Nicolas Cage and Elisabeth Shue.
no i dont think that is it leaving las vegas is about nicholas cage going to vegas to drink himself to death but is saved by a hooker.
alot of people feel like killing them selves after losing in vegas not after winning. dont know movie title though
