There is a medical problem. House comes up with an obscure diagnosis. Everyone doubts House. House is right. Oh no, new evidence, House is wrong. Back to the drawing board. House hmms and haws, forces his way. House is right all along. Everybody doesn't hate House for a brief time. End of episode.
