Sunshine of your Love is one of his best songs, and one of my favorites.
Clapton has so many great songs it hard to say which is best. I love the stuff he did with Duane Allman as Derek and the Dominoes for sure. Not to bad with Cream or Blind Faith w/Steve Winwood either. Oh lets not forget the YardBirds or the work with John Mayall,
