If by ice water you mean that he goes cold every winter and chokes prior to the playoffs, yeah.

And to answer the question, I choose Walter solely because he learned to use his talents to create wealth. But Dexter was a bad ass and I miss both shows already. But hopefully I'll find a new bad ass fictional criminal to idolize.
