Not a good day for sure, but I've certainly lost more in a single session.
What site did you play on? What kind of donks would call an all-in preflop with those hands?
you have to shake it off and start over..when i usually have a bad session i come off carbon for a few hours just to get my mind right..gl on getting your bankroll back
That is truly a bad streak, so take a rest for a while from poker.
If it were playing I wouldn't call with such a hand, don't talk about your worst day here.

I think the donks balance out but the bad things stick in our head and the good times are shadowed for some reason

Problem here seems to be that you are playing without a proper bankroll management, donīt you ?
While for some the 31 bucks isnt much but for others thats alot on a poker site.. especially when it takes ur whole roll...
Yeah, not the total amount is important here, but that you play with your whole role at 1 table.

I have to admit this was not very good bank roll management, but if you want to hear about a bad day, ask the guy who came in 2nd in a Sunday Million at Stars and lost almost all his winnings in a course of a week

unlesss ur playing cash cause then you have to go all the way. if the cards dont work out , dont worry about it. it wont be the first time.

sorry to hear abt ur losses im sure it will turn arnd poker is like life always ups n downs except in poker u got more control sometimes dont make unecessary deposits try to build small bankroll frm freeroll then make deposit to move up onceu hav decent balance then u will hav confidence to take risk
