I just went on some massive tilt, so I signed up for a bunch of Step 1s so I could just donk off in those.

Yeah , I also like to hide there when my games off.
There is nothing like a 6 table shove fest to lighten one's mood.
Try shoving all tables ATC on the 2nd-4th hand instead of the first and just pick tables where whoever quadrupled up has already folded.
Sadly, I can only see 6 tables at a time. Would be nice to watch 10 at a time all in at the same time.
This morning I ran all 10 at once. I clicked them all on sit-out until i had all 10 running. Then I watched them until they were down to 5 players, I would then return to that game and play bubble-tight. Since I have no incentive to win 1st I avoid calling anything, as betting gives one more way to take the pot, but calling always puts you at risk. Using this strategy I made 8 of 10 tickets.
I have found that the worst way to knock yourself off your game is to play like you mention in these fun steps. I always try to play the same in free tourneys as I would in non free tourneys, fun step or freeroll all the same to me. Now, with that said, everyone plays those fun steps to donk. Or everyone that plays them is a donk. Either way, your odds of winning by playing solid or going all in are about the same. LOL.
Later,
I think you have an idea but do you really get over your tilt by playing tournaments like steps? dont work for me because they are just bingo games.
i play them from time to time i agree with iwaslion 10 at a time
everyone just donks in fun steps it is nuts
sometimes i just go all in every hand because i don't care
doesn't sound like much of a game, why would anyone subject themself to that?
It's always best to lose in free tournaments than costly ones.
they are fun to pass the time while waiting for a game to start
shove festies are always fun. love the crap shoot that's rollin hot. can't quite manage ten at a time yet though
They're entertaining to say the least...i can win $1 or two every 10 games or so...lol
Its at least a free $3 a week for a winning player. Without even playing a single hand I won 4 step1s yesterday. Just put up 10 games, and went out and watered my grapevines for half an hour. My old step1 strategy is my new step2 strategy; I put up all the step 2 tables I have tickets for, sit-out till they are 5 handed and then play AIOF with top10 hands. About 50% get tickets for the step3s. Step 3s you need to play more like a normal SNG as 1st place is now the only priority.
P.S. Everyone will hate you if you do this. Its best to turn the chatbox off. People really expect to be playing against world-class competition in these gunfights.
That is a good idea. Maybe I should just play playchips when I go on tilt!
The Fun Steps can be fun to play and help build a bankroll also. Fun Steps are what I started my bankroll with until I found Pokerowned. I have been playing these the last couple days.
I still haven't tried them yet, but so many people into it, might have to give a second look
I play them when I'm on a losing streak,,,which means a lot.
Yeah they are fun to do if broke and just want something to do.
Oh dear God I played those a long time ago. I wanted to kill myself.
I'm enjoying them right now. Step ones are just get out of everyone's way and watch the train wreck.
they are just as bad as the freerolls, donks donks & more donks, lmao!!!!!!!
NEVER thought Id play them again( my carbon account has decent $$) But since I got on aced to get a loyalty bonus, back to it to try for some cash.
these fun steps is hard to win, people play with bs hands.
You can play in !0 step1's per day...I have yet to win one yet (step 3), but I just haven't played in enough yet. They are perfect donk pools! I'm gonna go swimming today :-p
Play bumble bees SNG's - impossible to lose cash if ur any good and if you have $10 in BR you could play for ever....
The BS hands of others should be helping you. In my opinion you should be able to win about 60+% of the step 1s. 30+% of the step 2s and 15+% of the step 3s. The better players should have even higher numbers and you might have a dip in those numbers if you are playing to many tables or are distracted.
The problem with the bumblebees is that they pay less than a step 3 for first place, the players behave like its a step 1 or 2, and you have to win a months worth to grow your bankroll enough to take the next step up. Step1s and step2s literally play themselves. Step 3s are like mini freerolls.

damn i havent played those in forever, they still run?
fun steps is great way to practice and get your game straight but too much bingo poker!
Thanks to this site I haven't been playing them anymore. I did like them when I was playing them but the free rolls here are so much better. Plus if you play the BCP or Juicy free rolls you have a much better chance of making that same dollar or two.

The fun steps are how I've funded my account so far. Easy money.
quite a fun game if you have a week to spare playing them lol
