Fun-steps are what have built my roll on every Merge site.
the fun steps are easy!! after u get a few of them under your belt, then u can go to the cheap ring tables and grind away!!
I'm going to have to try the fun steps I guess, hear some good stories
I love the first table of the fun steps. There's always like 3-4 who knock themselves out before the first blind level is even over and there's maybe one or two who will do it on the fun step level 2. I love it. They make it that much easier for me to get my four quartes lol.Quote:

They are like ladder tournaments. You win the first one and you get a ticket entry into the second. Win the Second and you get an entry into the third. Win the third and you get $1 funded to your account.Quote:

That is funny because I was thinking about starting a thread regarding my journey through the fun steps in the wee hours of the morning the other day. You get 10 Step 1 tickets. I loaded up and started firing away. Of the first 10 tickets I ended up with 6 Tickets to Step 2. Total time spent on Step 1, about one hour. Brb..... with more of the story.

fun step shhhmun step !!!!!!!! those things are the worst it's a bingo-a-thon and 2 many rounds just to win a dollar. it maybe they should make at least the 3rd round 6 handed that might make it a funner step.

funstep is fucking donkey central(kinda like here) but you can learn discipline and win
I found the best strategy to be to watch a few tables until you see one where the many players go all in the 1st hand. Generally the same players will register over and over and repeat. So you should spend your 10 funstep 1 tickets if you are able to catch this rush of donks. Just fold and play nitty until 4-6 players left. Then play TAGy and you should get top 3 and get a funstep 2 ticket. I always wait til I get 10 funstep 2 tickets before I play any (REMEMBER the tickets expire after 7 days!) Funstep 2 is usually harder and you will have to play on the bubble for this one. I will usually get atleast 2-6 funstep 3 tickets. Funstep3 is where it is like a REAL SNG, so bring your A-game and dont be too aggressive early.
Ya i use them to blow off steam but occasionally i play trying for the $1 ive won it like 6 times
