Is it just me or does merge love to have huge setup hands right before and after break? I notie they also tend to have the bigger stack suckout quite often how many times can you lose to a 3 outer on the river before u snap?

Stop being paranoid. The odds are the exact same online as they are live. Merge doesn't make more money if one stranger wins over another one
that's where you are wrong. If a depositor loses his money,he continues to deposit, and continually plays hands, that continually generate a rake for Merge. On the other hand,if a non depositor loses his money, his play discontinues, thus not contributing to the rake revenue to the site. There's a balancing act here where you keep both sides (depositors and non depositors) actively playing and continually generating more and larger raked hands.
Yo fuck merge, if i could i would walk up to the owner of merge and bust a cap in his ass that jive turkey!!!
while sometimes it seems like im on the rigged side of the fence. I dont feel like its rigged against anyone in particular. But i will agree with tp3rd. These sites are in it to make as much money as possible and while its the idiots who play terrible hands and get rewarded. The sites im sure have the programming set for max profit, meaning the rng is set up to promote gambling, even if its stupid gambling..
On the side tho if these sites odds were anywhere near the same as live there wouldnt be half the players playing that there is but there are alot of players(they must have money) who just like to gamble and ive had some horrible beats live as well.. Hows that for flip flopping LOL
i kno it aint rigged for shit, the only thing is the rng cannot duplicate true natural randomness so wacked out shit is allot more common online, its like that at every site
My roi is on the plus side and my profit but i still complain from time to time LOL usually its just the heat of the moment kinda thing LOL
you know i was down to 4 people in an 18man last night and right after break I got 99 with 2 people shoving behind me so i fold and boom they have AA and KK with big stack having KK and hitting set.... someone please tell me what the chances are of 3 pocket pairs with 4 people at table with KK also destroying AA because they have to amazing numbers.lol
why only old ppl complain about merge?
the only true random shuffle is 7 shuffles( ill try to find the link to that.). Theres no way a computer can truly randomize numbers like a shuffle... Mrlova 100 hands is 100 hands regardless of how quick you get there.. the more you explain the more it dont jive LOL. but seriously i have been at a table live when AA KK and QQ(k on the flop and turn was my ace, river Q LOL) was dealt but live thats once in a GREAT while, while online u might see it every game you play. to get dealt AA or any pair for that matter is what 260 to 1? now times that times 3 since all 3 had pairs.
Live most of my turnys are any where from 50 to 200 players where as online thats a very small field and the action is much quicker so yes you will see more bad beats...
We will truly never find out that online poker is rigged....I feel it could be but we only complain about online poker when we ge bad beated....but do we complain when we hit a 1 outter on the river? its only rigged when we lose lol....but im the same way, online poker has made me go insane a few nights.....
The odds of hitting a Royal Flush in Holdem are: 0.000001539% of the time
Since this part gets tricky I'm going to assume worst case scenario. You have been dealt 2's in a handed game:
The odds of 2 pp in 4 handed play in Holdem are: 17.63% of the time
The odds of 3 pp in 4 handed play in Holdem are: 3.109% of the time
The odds of 4 pp in 4 handed play in Holdem are: 0.548% of the time
Those odds are assuming you have 2's and your opponents have higher pocket pairs. Because the math is complicated enough to figure out those calculations, I have not taken into consideration of your opponents having the same hand (i.e., 2 having Aces and another have say 8's or something)
The odds of being dealt pocket 2's in a 4 handed game 5.9%, and in reality it doesn't matter if it's heads up or 10 handed. The odds of getting a pocket pair are always 1 in 16 or 5.9%. The odds calculated above again are the chances of those pocket 2's being beat by a larger pocket pair pre-flop.
And since you're wondering it and to prove my point even further that this isn't that rare, let's assume you were dealt J's. The odds of you being beat preflop using the same calculations as above are:
The odds of 2 pp in 4 handed play in Holdem are: 4.408% of the time
The odds of 3 pp in 4 handed play in Holdem are: 0.194% of the time
The odds of 4 pp in 4 handed play in Holdem are: 0.00008565% of the time
So even there, the odds of getting deal pocket Jacks in a 4 handed game and being up against 3 larger pocket pairs is still less then that of getting a royal flush. Hence, getting dealt a Royal Flush in poker is less common then the above scenarios.
i knew it was somewhere up in the 200's lol have to break out the bible again it has most odds in it..
