ASTRONOMIC mistake

I was in huge depression after this hand, being playing poker for 3 year and do such a horrible sad mistake.
Well, I will try now to at least make a track and notes of such "donkey" tilting hands. Hope In more 3 year I learn the lesson!

Did an A hit the flop and you shoved anyway?

yes i did not know wat to comment as did not know who u were but i see now it was not good hand for u. las nite i playd on cash tables with 1.60 dollar buyin i raised 16 cents two guys folded their blinds of 4 cents the other player went allin with jack pair preflop obviously i called with pocket aces luckily dint lose because just a while before that lost with pocket aces against a straight. many times u can win with jack pair but if u see q k or ace on table definitely dont go allin nexttime...

Im reading the book The Mental Game of Poker by Jared Tendler , thinking of bying it, is worth it?
Trying to improve my game as whole on the mental aspect, as u can see is kind of horrible sometimes!

You probably should've pushed in preflop. If you did, most of the time, A-3 folds. I understand your tricky play, but with a flop like that, you could've just checked and gave up. Save your chips and wait for a better hand, but since your short, open up your options.
