if your checked too and you prefloped raised, you should C bet with AK. if he re raises , at least you some info. Checking just gives him change to take pot from you

i always preflop raise, but i dont donk around around when i dont hit...some ppl cant get away from it

This is just my opinion from my own personal experience, when I played A-K at Stars they held up pretty well but I noticed I lay down A-K at Carbon a lot because they just don't hold up as much. Not sure why maybe the difference in players style between Stars and Carbon.
