How about at the end of each month, have a buy in tournament that anyone can enter if they can pay the price? Or is it possible to have a guys vs ladies heads up tourney, maybe monthly or bi-monthly? Maybe call it a battle of the sexes tourney. Winner gets an accolade.

Hey how about an early morning Carbon game (maybe 8 or 9 a.m.)for those that are 5 or 6 hours in front of U.S? I'm sure the 1 p.m interrupts someones dinner time. And I could play on my days off, and finish before it's time to pick up the kids from school :)

I think cheaper client SNGs would be a great fit. Play the SNGs on PO and use the points for redeems.
