Some important changes to PokerOwned

Until I can start generating revenue again on a consistant basis, I have to be careful about the number of free points i give out on a daily basis.

I have had to

- reduce the points per post from 7 to 5 max 25 points per day
- reduce the speedway prize pool a touch
- Bounties reduced to 100 per

I almost have Cake Poker redemption's up and ready, will let you know more soon.

Speedway, LLB, Donkey Bets, Rail Birds will count for FTP (If we can run them), Cake and a Merge site (When we choose one). I realize the Non-US people will be at a disadvantage not being able to participate in the FTP tourneys, however, I am running Cake \ Merge free rolls during US peak traffic times.
