Several Small Upgrades today (Tuesday)

Done so far:

- You must click on the promotions & trade center tabs (Got rid of the roll over)
- When admin sends you points, I can now add details
- Added a warning on the Marketplace - If you use the marketplace for loans and dispute, you will not get your points back if the other user doesn't have any. Use the loan center instead
- Fantasy Poker now has a 50 point prize pool added before it even starts. (Part of the promotions). So if 2 people join it would be 50 points + 20 + 20 = 90 points for the winner
- Stakes now pop up msg when someone has staked you (Goes away when you accept, cancel or tourney passes)
- If someone offers you a loan, you will now get a pop up msg (Goes away when you accept, cancel or they cancel)
- Credit Check on Loans (Gives you useful information before you actually give someone a loan)
