It will probably arrive sometime this week if your qualified and are not currently in default.

Based on the Leaderboard it looks like I'll make this Sunday's tourney! I see the tournament in the Carbon client but when do coupons issue? Looks like a lot of players are already registered. Thanks and gl to all!
