Is there any way to tell your player rating if you're not on the leaderboard?

Maybe i missed it, but original post has a note saying first gets less pts than 10th . Any way we could get an update on how pts are actually given? Note has 10th as 10, 9th is 9.5 (i think), 1st is only 5 i think but in ratings, more pts is better
