7 Days from when you opted in

Couple small changes:

1) Changed the name to Dash4Cash
2) Changed the direct buyin to 50 points (Down from 100)
3) Changed the total survey (Non Direct buyin) to 100 points worth of surveys (So 5 points taken from you)
