To use the Ad Ticker on the main page, these requirements must be met:
1) You must be a member at least 60 days to post an advertisement
2) All advertisements must be something to do with this site (no offsite stuff meaning CHECK OUT xyz site , no porn, no referral links) Mods can see all pending Ads, delete + ban users from using this feature. When you use the ticker, do not use it for trivial things, such as "HELLO EVERYONE" "XYZ FOR MOD" "I RULE!!!" "MSU RULES THE WORLD". It is to be used to advertise something you want to sell, trade, get staked in and so on. Everyone knows what is acceptable and what is it not. If you post something stupid, you can and will lose your points that you spent on your ad.
3) If you have your chat \ posting removed or in default on a loan you are not allowed to use this feature
4) All Ads will be live for 8 seconds. They will rotate
5) All Ads will be limited to a set # of characters (Start with 70)
6) All Ads will cost a set amount:
10 Points - Your Ad rotated for 10 minutes
20 Points - Your Ad rotated for 30 minutes
50 Points - Your Ad rotated for 2 hours
100 Points - Your Ad rotated for 6 hours
300 Points - Your Ad rotated for 24 hours
7) You cannot start ANOTHER Ad until the ad you have is expired (So only 1 at a time)
8) Added Saturday Feb 15th - if you post an Ad for someone else, it will be deleted and you won't get your points returned.
THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. Depending on how popular this is, we may need to adjust the how long the ads stay for, how much they cost and so on.
I am still not 100% sure what we'll use the points for, I am debating this

"And Shepherds we shall be. For thee, my Lord, for thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand. Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be.
In Nomeni Patri Et Fili Spiritus Sancti."
