Where can we put a request for a refund?
Tried it on two different tournaments and couldn't get in on either one. Guess I'll just go to a different site for freerolls.

I followed your instructions, refreshed the page to avoid the lag and typed it in correctly and said registration was closed.
I think you need make the time to 60-70 seconds, you need to understand that the merge network server time and our computers may be different
I found when i changed my browser from google to IE the PW was visisble at 40 to register and on google it was around 6-8 secs so this worked for me and i have a 10 year old computer with some upgrades ..not much but anyways hope this helps someone....
You can ask for a refund on a tournament you missed, use the request refund (In red) on the main pageQuote:
