I bet you


Sort of like Last Longer Bets (How we create them) but its user vs user.
1. Creating Bets:
2. User who is creating the ?bet? has some options
3. When creating the bet: Is this a ?Matchup? Bet? (If yes, then he would be given 2 spots to fill in MATCHUP 1 vs MATCHUP 2) --- On each matchup he can put in odds (it?s just a number) None of these values can be changed or edited once someone accepts a wager ***** If it?s not a match up bet, then enter the ?What is the bet: field *****
4. Special Notes \ Instructions Field
5. Amount of action that the creator will accept (In points, users points get deducted right away)
6. When the event takes place \ no more bets allowed (Date & Time)

People Joining the Bet
1. Must have enough points (Enter in the amount of points you want to wager)
2. You can take up the amount or LESS (Not more) So if the creator has 1000 point bet.. other users bought 700 of those points, then you can only buy up to 300 points

Declaring the Winner
1. Person creating the bet OR people who joined the bet can declare a winner. The points are not paid out until AT LEAST 2 people declare the same winner or XX hours goes by.
2. You can dispute just like Marketplace.. We?ll deduct the points if they have them.

1% of all winning bets goes to PokerOwned so only 99% is paid out (Admin fee since I have to settle disputes)
