I'm 100% on feedback, have never done anything remotely shady, and have been here for a decent period of time and I'm pretty sure if I were to buy points I wouldn't be able to use the marketplace or client. It's for this very reason I stopped buying points. It's just a hassle, plus I've found you can get a better deal trading with someone.

I have fallen into the 1% category Zab and would rather have not even had the "option" of buying the points, if they are going to be "restricted", I only found out about "restrictions" once I purchased.
