Already have accounts at Aced, PCD and Carbon but aren't part of the loyalty Program?

My screenames are TomKat1958 on Carbon Poker, and Tomkat58 on Juicy Stakes. These are the two I play most often from Poker Owned. I signed up for Bravado thru here, but I don't see any loyalty discount applied when I play there either. Please help me if you can. Thanks.... Thomas Hornor
