I couldn't find anything detailing what this site looks like or how they operate on an offer wall; however, the article I found has them advertising in facebook games. They might be an option for PO.

They don't seem to very forth coming with what their offer wall looks like on a website, but basically they are offering a setup like any other site for people who run their own websites.
